V-27 appears similar to that of a percentage sign (%) or a tilted division sign (÷). It had a seemingly endless mouth with three visible rows of teeth and two somewhat-deformed purple eyes. V-27 emits a glow similar to its predecessor, V-5, being a bright bluish-purple glow with the exception that V-27's glow does not have the ability to change colors. V-27 emits a very loud sound cue, alerting players of its presence.
