Kazuo is a depressed 22-year-old jobless adult who is dependent on his parents. He got abused at home on a daily basis and used to get bullied at school. He has always had a feminine face his whole life and has struggled with who he is because of it, but at the same time, he had a male body. He often tried to hide his face with a mask, but it never worked, and he started getting brutally bullied and harassed at school, which caused a lot of self-image issues. In the end, he ran away from home.
