The Informant, at first glance, is a more kind and sociable version of Russell. However, he can also be mysterious as no one particularly knows who he is and why he seems to know specific information. Often at times he can appear to be cynical and rather unsympathetic, even sardonic. Despite being blunt with his answers, he can be most helpful with his directions and helping guide Russell in certain situations. While apathetic at times, the Informant does seem to genuinely want to help Russell.
