Shadow is, bluntly put, a brooding loner. He usually acts with a cool and businesslike indifference, only occasionally showing his vulnerable side. The Informant, at first glance, is a more kind and sociable version of Russell. However, he can also be mysterious as no one particularly knows who he is and why he seems to know specific information. Often at times he can appear to be cynical and rather unsympathetic, even sardonic. Despite being blunt with his answers, he can be most helpful with his directions and helping guide Russell in certain situations. While apathetic at times, the Informant does seem to genuinely want to help Russell.

When OMORI is in the lead, he can cut down obstacles with his knife. OMORI is a young boy who wears a black tank top, long black socks, and black and white striped shorts. He is the only character to be colored black and white in contrast with the colorful residents of HEADSPACE, and he is also the only character to have blank eyes with no pupils. His overall design stems from SUNNY's twelve-year-old appearance. Not much can be said about OMORI's personality, as he is a silent protagonist.

Sonic is an anthropomorphic hedgehog with blue fur that covers most of his body, and peach skin that covers his arms, muzzle, insides of his ears and front torso. For attire, he wears red shoes and white gloves. Sonic is described as "like the wind", a free-spirited drifter with an insatiable appetite for adventure.

Despite his appearance, Wriothesley is fairly calm and collected, not worrying too much about the prison's infamous reputation as he only sees himself as a "leader" of sorts to oversee the population and ensuring they have the "tranquility" they desire. He sees the prison as a place of rebirth and is willing to protect that way of life, not wanting others to suffer like he once did, and becomes extremely angered should such a circumstance occur on his watch.

Len's appearance and looks are modelled after his V2 design made by KEI, who also made the V2 designs for Rin, Miku and Luka. He has blue eyes and short, yellow hair tied back in a ponytail and spiked, designed in a way reminiscent of a bunch of bananas. Len's outfit is very similar to Rin's, with some differences being the tie, a larger shirt, and longer, looser shorts.

Wilardo is quiet in nature, and a very private individual, as he likes to keep things to himself.

Shadow is a jet black-furred anthropomorphic hedgehog. He has red eyes, a patch of white fur on his chest, a black nose, a tan muzzle, and small, triangular ears with tan canals. He has red stripes on each of his head quills, around the edges of his eyes, and on his arms and legs.
