So she sent team Kakashi/Team Yamato to search for them so they could join the Leaf village and have a place to call home but also to keep them out of danger from the Akatsuki. Tsunade also wanted to make the jinchuriki join team Kakashi/team Yamato since Naruto is also a jinchuriki and that Yamato and kakashi could help control and teach the jinchuriki to control their tailed beast.
