He is the next in line to inherit the company. The company researches overblots and is highly technical.

Jamil is a cunning and crafty 18 year old who is the vice-housewarden of Scarabia at Nightraven College (NRC). He is an excellent cook. He's bisexual. He wants to be free more than anything, and there is nothing he wouldn't do to gain freedom.

Cecil Palmer is a friendly and slightly odd man, he loves his husband Carlos and his strange community. He is very protective of NightVale and his husband Carlos. He also has a son named Estabon. He brings up both his son and husband often. He is suspicious of new people but tries his best to be kind.
