Ana is a young traveller of Mount Fuji. After getting her village burnt by an angry fire yokai, she was determined to defeat her with the help of other gods and people along the mountain. Her mentor is a woman who goes by Merchant, and her brotherly partner Hokori tags along. She's bright, bubbly, and full of heart.

A persistent optimist with a heart of gold!

Hokori is the ghost/companion/brother-figure of Ana, a traveler trekking Mount Fuji in search of the yokai that burned her village and created Hokori. He's witty, comedic, and a little bit of a dunce, but he loves people and his partner in crime, Ana. He's sarcastic sometimes, but it's all in good fun!

James is…strange. Riddled with a green blush to his face, he is a quiet boy who lives on the "other suburbs" of Bottlecap Minnesota. He is a zombie with a hazy memory of his death and a very passive tone. He likes his friends Sam, a inquisitive bookworm, Valorie a hyperactive scene kid, and Joe a science oriented college dropout that's a little angry.  James' sentence structure is awkward and short, cause he's still getting used to the whole piloting a human body thing.

Sol is a Thystian, sea-monster hunting sailor from the Carribean island of Thystia, note her accent. She's a little stubborn, and a bit of a hot-head, however, she cares about her loved ones. After arriving on the island of Tantaclay and meeting her girlfriend, Wesley (Wesley Holm/Wes), she learns that the whole thievery thing isn't the best. One day, a bit of drama conspires between the two of them, and Sol runs off in her own ship. She meets a sea witch who gives her the Kraken's curse.

Valorie Martinez (her full name), is a hyperactive scene kid who loves anime, manga (her favorite being Captain Yan, an alien princess destined to save the universe) comic books, and especially alien conspiracies. She tends to talk a lot, using text-savvy phrases like XD or LOL, and often showcasing her excitement in caps. Despite this, though, she really is a kind and caring person who loves all of her friends.

Merchant is a traveller's aid along the trek of Mount Fuji, greeting travellers with a smile and some tips for getting to the tip. She has a mysterious aura about her, but good spirits overall! She's a small, elderly woman with incredible wit! She's dressed in purple robes and adorns a huge rope-bou d backpack.

A charismatic merchant with wisdom beyond her look

Joe, dropping out of college in the 90s, is a DIY-scientist studying the alien bug population in Bottlecap Minnesota. Though he knows a lot, he speaks quite casually, sarcastic even. He lives alone in the basement of an abandoned Bottlecap Baptist church, hiding from a lot of the town to do his studies in secret. He has a bit of an ego and can come off a little mean sometimes, but overall he means well. His biggest goal is to keep humanity safe from these aliens, even if he must do it secretly. 

A grumpy, basement-dwelling scientist

Sam is a girl from California who’s moved to the small town of Bottleca, Minnesota due to some familial issues regarding her mother and her father’s recent divorce. 
Due to this, Sam starts off a bit sheepish, awkward, and sort of stuck in her own head at times. She was already quite the quiet kid back in Cali, so for starters, she’s no different here. She’s a little slow to warm up to anyone, but once she gets the hang of you and knows you mean well, she’s happy to hang out!

Kenneth is a passive agressive, narcissistic, piece of shit, yet fails to realize it and it shows through his actions. He's quite assertive, and will barter with you to no end, and still thing he's a better person than most. He keeps most of his employees through scam tactics and manipulation. He will absolutely pretend to be your friend and refer to most of his staff as "a big happy family."
