Charmander from Starter Squad

Mostly calm, manipulative, pessimistic, sees the wrong in every other pokemon except for himself. His motivation for living is Chespin, his best friend. He is 12 years old, and previously went to Monotone Elementary School before his arrest due to his research on a Pokemon's element. He was then subjected to mental torture by Dr. Sylveon, used as a tool for the rare candy business before being shot in the head and killed. After these events, Chespin built him back as a cyborg. Has a mustache.

Each character of CP9 has a thirst for blood, some worse than others. Every one of them is strong as hell, excluding Spandam, he just sucks. Usually, the characters will bicker with each other, especially the more competitive ones. None of the others like Spandam.
