It's an average day in the city of Taitle. There are competitors for the tourney going on all around, it was hard to avoid them. One of these competitors was a medium-height amphibian boy, who wandered throughout the abandoned buildings and alleyways, to avoid contact with anyone if possible. His name was Mizuno. He hasn't been noticed yet, and he'd rather keep it that way.
