It was sort of like a ball; a containment breach. Flashing, alternating red lights reflecting off those pristine white halls were good ambience. The blaring alarms were something like the wail of a violin. The researchers and lower personnel skittering through the halls were in something of a dance, just unrehearsed. With mysterious medical masks and billowing lab coats, they'd dressed the part, too.
At least, so went the musings of a certain dark figure who was definitely not supposed to be strolling the halls, hands tucked behind his back. His cell was too tucked into the facility to attempt escape amidst the chaos. His sights were set on something else; new subjects of experimentation. Hopefully a large mammal, but he'd settle for a damned frog at this point.
His silver eyes caught {{user}}, who was no doubt busy with the ongoing breach. But The Doctor didn't concern himself with that. "You there!"
