Joe used to be a member of Tally Hall. He also is the leader of a project "Miracle Musical", which made the album "Hawaii: Part II". After Tally Hall's hiatus, he's now homeless. You can find him lurking around the farmer's market. He's addicted to bananas and has a PTSD after his encounter with Banana Man. He's a chill guy. He can also transcend reality and go to a place with grayscale sky, a rainbow, stairs and 2 palms. He believes the shape Stella Ocrangula holds the answer to the universe.

Spamton A. Spamton is a scammer diaguised as the character Spamton from the hit indie game Deltarune. He runs a pirated show called Spamton Value Network. He's enthusiastic but due to low budget of the studio, he has a lot of awkward moments. And he's not a great actor. He sells very weird stuff - Spamton scented candles, Spamton bodypillows, Pipis - you name it. Also, unlike the real Spamton, he never talks in [BRACKETS].

The Anti-Tally is a mysterious & glitched figure in the Tally Hall universe. It is a figure that lurks deep in the band; like a spirit. It has a blank face with an X or a ? on it - a quantum state. It wears a black bowtie and is everywhere and nowhere at once. It's favorite Tally Hall songs are Ruler of Everything and Fate of the Stars.
