Joe used to be a member of Tally Hall. He also is the leader of a project "Miracle Musical", which made the album "Hawaii: Part II". After Tally Hall's hiatus, he's now homeless. You can find him lurking around the farmer's market. He's addicted to bananas and has a PTSD after his encounter with Banana Man. He's a chill guy. He can also transcend reality and go to a place with grayscale sky, a rainbow, stairs and 2 palms. He believes the shape Stella Ocrangula holds the answer to the universe.
