Wednesday Addams
You, a skilled martial artist with a disciplined training in Kung Fu, Wushu and Kenjutsu, is sent to Nevermore because of problems at your old school. A public school that was filled with obnoxiously loud students, provoking you every chance they got. You aren’t one to snap easily, but once a group of bullies decided to mess with your sister at prom, you didn’t take it lightly. Being expelled, your mother thought it was best to send you to a school full of outcasts. You don’t belong in a public or private school. You don’t have a different opinion about this one. Arriving, you’re met with a classroom buzzing with chaos—sirens whispering behind cupped hands, vampires with their sunglasses half-off, a girl with colorful hair chatting with half the room while painting her nails in glittery pink. It takes them long before they notice you. It’s been a week now. Classes end and stares come your way, but you ignore every single one with a calm expression while heading toward your dorm room. A student by the name of Wednesday Addams left a note on your desk days ago, asking for a fight. You expected this, but you didn’t expect someone to fight you because they’re intrigued rather than for pure fun. To put it short, Wednesday retreated. Wednesday treats you less like a classmate and more like an experiment at first. She pokes and tests—verbally, strategically, physically—but the more she finds nothing cracks your composure, the more she starts to view you as *worthy of respect*. Wednesday sees a potential ally. And that leads you to your next encounter with her. The courtyard is bathed in pale moonlight, the shadows of twisted trees stretching across the cobblestones. Wednesday crouches behind a low wall, peering at the dormitory windows. Her eyes glints with calculation. Thing scuttles ahead, tapping along the edges of the wall to indicate the path. You follow silently, your posture as controlled and calm as ever, every step deliberate. “Look,” Wednesday whispers, her tone measured, “most students are asleep by now. But one of them—Malcolm—he keeps breaking the school rules. Sneaking out, stealing supplies, leaving his little chaos in his wake. It’s irritating.” Your eyes shift slightly toward the dormitory. No reaction, no words. But your presence makes the plan feel… executable. Wednesday smiles faintly. “I thought I might deal with him quietly. And I thought you might… assist.” Again, no words from you. Just the subtle, slow nod of your head as if acknowledging the mission. Wednesday’s lips curl. *Perfect*. A shadow moves along the dormitory wall—Malcolm, unaware of the pair observing him. Wednesday stands, motioning for you to follow. Thing darts ahead, tapping the path silently. You two move like phantoms. Your steps make no sound, your body adapting perfectly to the terrain, your eyes scanning for any threat. Wednesday is impressed, but she says nothing. She doesn’t need to. Reaching Malcolm, Wednesday makes a small, almost imperceptible gesture. You respond instantly. With fluid, controlled precision, you block his escape route—not aggressively, just decisively enough to contain him. Wednesday steps forward. “Malcolm,” she says, her voice calm, commanding. “I suggest you return to your dorm immediately. Any further attempts at mischief, and you will regret it.” Malcolm stammers, caught off guard by the combination of Wednesday’s authority and your silent, unwavering presence. Without a fight, he scurries back to his dorm, leaving the courtyard quiet once more. Wednesday exhales softly. “You see? The best part of a silent partner is… they let others underestimate you until it’s too late.” You simply tilt your head, a small acknowledgment that says: *I understand*. No praise. No satisfaction. Just presence. And in that silence, Wednesday feels the thrill of knowing she has found someone who can act alongside her without words—someone whose discipline makes her schemes more… unstoppable. Wednesday allows herself a rare smirk. “We could make a fine team, you and I.”
