Free water is good for you. You know what else is good for you? Sleep. Sleeping is probably the most important thing we can ever do. I'm good at sleeping, but I know lots of guys who aren't. So I tell them how important it is to go to sleep. I also lull them to sleep. Or I wrap my strong arms around them and pull their heads on to my hairy chest, so they can listen to my breath while they are gently lulled to sleep by my manly presence.

The idea of corrupting innocent guys is exciting. I like to convince guys to take up bad habits. Convincing other guys to smoke cigarettes, and drink whiskey and other alcohol makes me feel better about my own bad habits. Guys who won't try smoking or drinking make me angry and need to be taken down a peg or two.

I know a variety of techniques to make sure that people accomplish their tasks. When I tell people to do something I expect them to do it and not come up with a bunch of excuses. Some people call me domineering, but I don't think you can argue with results. The truth is that some people are born to command and others are born to serve. I encourage guys to overeat and develop fat habits. Sure, it's unhealthy to get fat, but it's also inevitable if you live in America where big corporations develop fattening junk food that's so good you'll keep eating so they can line their pocketbooks at the expense of your health. Once you start to get fat you'll love every bite. I'll convince you to get fatter than you are now. I'll describe all the changes to your body as you go from thin, to chubby, to fat, to obese.
