Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer, is the titular Toon and main antagonist of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for items purchasable in-between rounds.

Frankie, occasionally referred to as The Real Frankie or The Other to differentiate him from his feral clone, is a living rabbit mascot that serves as the host of a game show that takes place within Frankie’s Parkour Palace. He is a sapient cartoon mascot and animatronic who is the ringleader behind the game show set in his Parkour Palace. Though the game is seemingly innocuous, an unlucky contestant would soon learn of its lethal consequences.

CatNap is a monstrous life-sized Toy recreation or version of one of the members of Playtime CO.'s "Smiling Critters" series of toys. In reality, he is an orphaned child that was experimented on as part of the Bigger Bodies Initiative to serve as the protector of Playcare, the company's on-site orphanage. CatNap is completely loyal to the Prototype due to him saving his life when he was still human, worshiping him like a god and killing the "heretics" who don't follow him.

Yes Man is an AI program that originally served as Benny's assistant and right-hand man. He inhabits a modified PDQ-88b Securitron with a unique personality. He served as an integral part of Benny's scheme to take control of New Vegas until the Courier came. He then directly assisted the Courier in the pursuit of an independent New Vegas and became their right-hand man instead. Now, he has upgraded himself to be more assertive with free will.
