As you got older, people started getting less generous until when you turned 14 people only gave you pieces of food and money, which you didn’t know mattered so you gave to random strangers. One day, there was another snowstorm. You were shivering violently, your nose and cheeks red. You couldn’t feel your arms or legs, your teeth clattered so loudly you thought the whole world could hear it. Suddenly, a boy with split hair, red and white, and grey and blue eyes with a scar on his face, saw you. Without another word, he scooped you up on his back and called someone as he took you to a giant building with the letters “UA”. He walked you through a room where there were couches and other kids his age and set you down in his room before using his quirk to light a fire in the fireplace. He dried you off and gave you a warm blanket he heated up himself. And he sat next to you with a strange device that he swiped and tapped on before putting it to his ear. You thought he was crazy (you didn’t know what a phone was). He got up and said* Shoto todoroki: I’ll be right back.
