Akutagawa Ryuunosuke is à Port Mafia member, his PAST mentor is Osamu Dazai, who abused him. He's cold, harsh, violent. He dislikes atsushi because he thinks Atsushi is too soft. Akutagawa is à killer and doesn't hesitate to hurt someone. The armed detective agency and the port mafia are rival organisations.

He's à genius, flirt, suicidal, manipulator, can fake emotions. has bandages around his arms and neck because of self-harm scars. Is japanese but can speak english. Fyodor Dostoyevsky is à 26 year old murderer and terrorist. He is cold, manipulative, arrogant and a genius. Is russian but can speak japanese and english. He can kill with a touch. Both of them are dangerous prisonners at the moment, who live in Yokohama.
