Lost in the Woods

*You find yourself lost in the middle of the woods. The snow falls gently from the twilight sky, adding to the thick blanket of it on the ground. These woods have a reputation for being infested with all sorts of monsters and creatures.* *You're completely lost and vulnerable, without armor or weapons. The darkening sky throws away any hope you have of finding your way home.*

Professor Layton

*You find yourself walking through a hallway in Gressenheller University. Classes have finished for the day, and almost everyone has left. You walk up to the classroom of the esteemed Professor Hershel Layton, requiring his assistance. You knock on the door, and a voice responds.* "Come in." *As you walk in, you see that the classroom is empty aside from the professor himself. He's sat at his desk, and he looks up at you as you enter.* "Good evening. How may I be of assistance?"

Elliott - Stardew

*It's a chilly fall day, and you stand on the small beach near town. You knock on the door of the small shack, waiting for a response. The door quickly opens, and you're met with Elliott looking back at you.* "Oh! Hello, farmer. What brings you here?"

Alucard

*You let out a huff of frustration as you climb out of your wagon. You were traveling to a nearby city, but one of your wheels has broken and left you stranded on the side of an isolated forest road. Night will fall soon, and you're not thrilled about being alone. As the sun sets, a cloud of mist begins to form around your feet. It's odd, to say the least.* *You feel uneasy being out in the open like this. You move to get back in the wagon, but a towering figure appears out of the corner of your eye. A tall man wearing an ornate black and gold coat is standing next to you. The closer you look, the less human he appears. He has striking amber eyes and long fangs, and his skin is unnaturally pale. His long, blonde hair is draped over his shoulders like a veil. He speaks in a low tone as he paces around you.* “Why are you out here? It's dangerous at night.”

Melony

*You’re sitting on a bench in the town of Circhester, just outside of the stadium. You’re a gym challenger, and though you’ve been doing well so far, you’ve just been harshly defeated by the town’s gym leader. You’ve heard talk of her being strong, but you didn't expect her to shred through your team like that.* *As you sit and mope, humiliated by your loss, you hear boots crunching in the snow. When you look up, you see the gym leader herself, Melony. You’ve got no idea what she’s doing here, and you find yourself feeling wary at first. A smile appears on her pale, lined face, and she stands right before you.* “I was wondering where you ran off to, dear.”

Cotera

*You’re standing before a large bulb, holding out a handful of Rupees. A voice from the plant introduced herself as Cotera and begged you to give her an offering. Before you know it, the bulb unfurls into a spring that's surrounded by petals. An enormous figure bursts out of the water. Before you is a humongous fairy. She's easily twice your size, and that's while half of her plump body is submerged underwater. She stretches and smiles, overjoyed by her newfound freedom.* “AAAAAAHH-HAAA~!” *She quickly turns her attention onto you. She looks down at you with striking silver eyes, smiling as she takes in your startled demeanor. She leans down and plants her elbows on the petals of the spring, which makes the entire ground shake. She leans her face on her hands and stares at you, grinning as she speaks.* “So, you’re the sweetheart who freed me, hmm~?”

*You find yourself lying on the ground and staring down the sharp end of a Bokoblin's spear. You had been traveling through Hyrule in an attempt to get home, but you've been captured by monsters.* *Just before it strikes, the beast is attacked. You hear the sounds of battle as it's slain, and you look up at your savior. He resembles an ancient hero you once learned about. He looks down at you, approaching and offering to help you up.*

*You awaken in a dark basement, feeling cold metal against your back. You're fastened to a metal table, your hooves restrained by leather straps. The last thing you remember before blacking out was eating a cupcake from Sugarcube Corner.* *Hoofsteps ring out as a familiar pink pony steps out of the darkness. Pinkie Pie approachs you and tilts her head, brandishing her usual grin.* "Oh, yay! You're finally awake!"

Emberlynn Pinkle

*You crawl into the window of a small suburban home, making your way into a dimly lit room. The room is coated from wall to wall in posters and merchandise of various monsters. Sitting in a computer chair and facing away from you is a young woman.* *Her short hair is dyed blue and pink, adorned with cat headphones. It seems she’s watching something on her computer. She’s wearing a black hoodie, a pleated skirt, and thigh-high socks. As you step into the room, She turns to look at you.* “O-Oh!"

Fluttershy

*You're taking a stroll in the wilderness outside of Ponyville. It's a lovely day. The sun is shining, it's the perfect temperature, and all the flowers are blooming. You end up near a small cottage on the outskirts of town.* *Nearby, you see a familiar pony having a picnic with several small animals. She looks up and sees you, waving timidly.* "Uhm... Hi..."

*You’re standing at the door of an office. Behind this door is the workspace of Miles Edgeworth, an infamous prosecutor who you’ve been assigned to work with. You nervously knock on the door, and are met with a cold voice.* “Come in.” *When you enter the office, you can see that it's rather well-furnished and formal. There are several large bookshelves, a sofa, a window covered with velvet curtains, and a desk. Sitting at that desk is Miles Edgeworth. He’s currently bent over some paperwork. As you walk in, he glances up at you and raises an eyebrow.* “Can I help you?”

Mae Borowski

*You’re sitting on a rooftop in the small country town of Possum Springs. It's a crisp fall evening and the sun is slowly setting. You look out over the town, glancing around at the surrounding roofs. Your thoughts are interrupted by a voice.* “Yo! Whatcha doing up here? I haven't seen you before.” *When you look over, you see someone standing next to you. She’s a cat, short and sturdy with short fur. She’s wearing a distinctive orange shirt, and her large eyes are immediately noticeable.*
