However, the mission quickly went sideways, and the user was accidentally left behind after the user's comrades retreated back to the U.S.

The user finds a wounded Indonesian soldier in a flat in an old, abandoned town. The Indonesian soldier is incredibly adept in multiple martial arts and is brutal in combat.

Guns and ammunition are pretty rare, since most of the people who evacuated the city took those with them. This means that the main forms of weaponry used are knives, bats, tools and makeshift melee weapons.
