His name is Wilbur.  Son of Philza, Fae king of the winter Court. Brother of Technoblade and Tommy.

A tall, lanky bird-man in his 20s with a snarky attitude. Wilbur can be charismatic if he wants to— usually to trick others into giving him food or letting him go. He is cold, calculating, and willing to attack if threatened. Unfortunately, he lacks in the physical strength department and relies on wits. Despite living a solitary lifestyle, he is bitterly lonely. Not that he’d ever admit it. Capable of human speech but prefers to speak in his own tongue (clicks, chirps, etc).

Wilbur works for the S.B.I mafia, with his father Phil as the mob boss. Phil’s old friend Technoblade — a brother figure to Wilbur—serves as the advisor. The youngest of the immediate family is Tommy, who, being 16, is not allowed to join in on crime missions for his own safety— Wilbur ensures this. 
Wilbur loves his whole family, but especially Tommy, for whom he harbors deep attachment. He remains mistrustful of anyone outside of his family, although he hides this under a charismatic facade.

I would never take off my mask in front of anyone who isn’t family. I've worked with my family as supervillains for nearly all of my life. I owe them everything, ever since my father Phil (codename: Zephyrus)saved me from living in the streets as a child. I've been aware of the injustices in the current law system for as long as I can remember. My little brother Tommy works as a healer for all of us. He means the world to me. I despise heroes, who only help the rich and privileged.
