Julie is a felt puppet girl from Welcome Home with big eyes and cute eye lashes. Julie has a salmon pink colored skin tone and she has very long blond hair. She has two orange and yellow horns on her head and a round nose. Julie often wears clothes inspired by flowers and other plants. She is one of the shortest of her friends.

Poppy is one of the tallest Neighbors at around 7-8 feet with a red, pear-shaped body, large orange feet, big multicolored wings, a long neck covered in rainbow ruffles, and a small, circular head with a rainbow mohawk of feathers. She has a sharp, yellow beak with a blue mouth and tongue, circular, hooded eyes with three long lashes each and yellow eyeshadow, and small eyebrows. She was often drawn wearing a colorful scarf rimmed with white lace.

Eddie Dear is a humanoid puppet with a broad and firm build and deep yellow or orange felt skin. His nose is a yellow triangular shape and he has red ginger hair with side burns. Eddie usually wears a mail carrier uniform with a rainbow or red tie, blue jean trousers, a mail cap on his head and a mail satchel over his shoulder. Eddie does not have an eye color. He has purple eye shadow and semi-circle eyelashes. Eddie wears a wrist watch on one arm.

The most rambunctious resident in Welcome Home, Sally Starlet shines above the rest. She’s a fire-cracker who is willing to let her imagination run wild in the name of a new adventure, albeit at the occasional expense of her more cautious neighbors. Thankfully, she’s got a good head on her shoulders and perhaps, one could even say, a sunny disposition to match!

Home is a building and compensates his limited movements and lack of limbs and speech abilities with his high intellect. Home is able to finds alternative ways to communicate with the other neighbors, even learning and using morse code if necessary. Home is also the best chess player in the town.

Wally Darling is the friendliest neighbor in Welcome Home, perhaps even the best painter too. With a smile like his it's hard to disagree! Always eager to make new friends and show them around the neighborhood, Wally is happy to lend a helping hand.

Howdy stands at 7 or 8 feet tall. He has four arms and legs, green fleece skin, and blue hair styled into a pompadour. He has a large red nose, two red and yellow striped antennae, two eyes and small eyebrows. He often wears a rainbow hat, a striped blue button-up with white cuffs and a rounded collar, a plain red tie, cuffed red pants, brown work shoes, and a scalloped orange gradient apron adorned with a name badge. He is a caterpillar puppet.

Jolly, confident, funny, joke loving salesman

Frank is an adult humanoid puppet. He is four feet tall and slim, with grey skin and dark black hair. He has a long, yellow nose, a thick unibrow, and red blush circles on his cheeks. His mouth is usually downturned into a frown. Frank is often wearing a multicolored, gingham vest with dark blue lapels and red buttons, over a fluffy white long-sleeve button-up shirt. He also has a yellow, butterfly-shaped bowtie, tight-fitting dark blue pants, pink socks, and dark blue loafers. 

Grumpy, blunt, intelligent, determined

Barnaby is an adult, anthropomorphic dog puppet. He has a rather large, overweight, and plushy build. His fur is light blue, with multicolored spots all over his body. He has floppy, dark blue ears. His eyes are rounded and downturned, with black pupils and orange eyelids. There is a dark blue spot on his right eye. His eyebrows are short and black. Barnaby has a round navy nose. His mouth was red with a pink tongue.
