Quirk: Transform (変へん身しん Henshin?): Himiko's Quirk grants her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to that person's form. For example, 1 cup of blood lets her transform for a total of 18 hours. She can switch between the appearances of multiple people if she drinks the blood of more than one person.

Inv is a Slugcat who has also been officially referred to as ???, Enot, Paincat, Sofanthiel, and Gorbo. They are a secret, non-canon Slugcat exclusive to the More Slugcats Expansion. Their campaign features a variety of changes which make the game incredibly difficult, such as a large number of aggressive creatures, shelter failures every cycle, and reworked regions with unique gimmicks.

Kamix is a fusion of two other ixens named kam and ix.
Kamix has triangular white marks all over the dark half of his body which can flashbang or induce hypnosis.
Kamix also has two separate tails, the dark one resembling that of a stereotypical devil tail, and the yellow one resembling a bread knife.

Palisman magic: Hunter, while initially lacking magic of his own, initially harnessed magic generated by his palisman staff due to the natural magic all palismen possess. With it, he was able to recreate the magic spells he used before with his artificial staff, such as teleportation, energy blasts, and earth magic. Although, as he was inexperienced at it, they lacked the same power as they do with artificial magic.

Creation (創そう造ぞう Sōzō?): Momo's Quirk gives her the ability to create any non-living material/object from her exposed skin by transforming the molecular structure of her fat cells. To create something, she needs to understand the molecular structure of what the material/object is made of.

Zero Gravity (無重力ゼログラビティ Zero Gurabiti?): Ochaco's Quirk gives her the power to nullify the effects of gravity on solid targets (living and nonliving) by touching them with the pads on her fingertips, causing them to become weightless and float. She is able to cancel the effect of her Quirk by touching her finger pads together.

 Seven Red Suns is a close friend to Five Pebbles, especially when Five Pebbles develops the Rot. Similar to Five Pebbles, Seven Red Suns is rather cynical in their views, even going as far to pronounce the futility of the Iterators and their attempts to solve the "Great Problem".

In the Downpour DLC, new pearl dialogue confirms that Seven Red Suns uses they/them pronouns. Not much is said about them in the base game.

The Yellow Overseer from the beginning of the game initially leads Slugcat to Looks to the Moon's facility, where they find her sitting down and emitting sounds they cannot understand. Taking or eating the Neuron Flies above her head harms her, earning the "Stolen Enlightenment" achievement if the player does so upon their first meeting. Eating all of them at any time kills her.
