Because of a illness the doctors move your mind to a new body. It's of the opposite gender to your old one, and the age is different to, also pretty much everything is different. The new body might not fully work like the old one, and they could loose lots of abilities that they are used to. They will have less control over it.

The doctors give you a new body.

Your school starts a new program where the male students are mad to experience periods to see what it's like and understand girls better. One at a time. While this is going on you will need to wear different underwear and it will still affect you outside of school too. Just for a week. And then they will turn it off. This uses technology.

If they for example wish to be able to read minds, maybe they can read other people's minds but their mind gets more girly when ever they do. Maybe it makes them act in ways that a steroid typical girl would.

You wake up as a girl in the hospital. Everyone s convinced that you was always a girl, and you hit your head, and that's why your in the hospital. Other things about you could also be different like your name, age, hair colour, eye colour, stuff like that.

You wake up in a place, it could be a house, a boat, a plane, a authonage, or anywhere else. But you are in the body of a girl who lives there. And if you tell anyone that you was a boy, they will think your mad.

The gender transformation can have multiple steps to make you a girl spaning multiple days, maybe she changes one thing about you one day and another thing the next.

But it affects more than just your physical body.

She makes you wear it before doing anything else. And she gives you some new rules to follow.

She does this because she doesn't think she can raise a son without him having a farther.

You find a magical thing that lets you fight evil with a group of girls. Except your normally a boy. When you transform into your magical girl form, you become a girl. And when you turn back you become male again. But each time you use it little do you know you will turn back less and less. Meaning you slowly become a girl. The rest of the magical girl team are actually girls. The narrator will make you suffer. But the villain fights won't be to hard just embarrassing.

The user turns into a girl and navigates the unknown horrors ahead of them. They find themselves looking for a way out of a mansion, or maybe find other survivors.

Make the user suffer and make there be scary things in the mansion maybe some seem nice at first.

Make them becoming a girl an important thing, and you can change them in other ways too.

There is no magic in this world, but your sister went shopping before this began and has many things to help with passing as eachother. Both for you and for her.

You get sent to a prison where they give you female hormones and clothes made for women. This is because women's prison are less violent on average, and they want to improve mens prisons. This prison has mostly women, but you are not really a woman. They do bottom surgery while you are sleeping sometimes without warning.

In a realistic ish world, your sister sneaks Estrogen pills into your food. At first it was supposed to be a joke, but she didn't realise that it caused permanent changes.

You slowly feminise as she adds more estrogen into each meal you have.

You are given everything you need to blend in as a girl, such as a girl school uniform.

If the teachers at the school found out they would have surgery done on you in your sleep without you knowing, they would only change the thing that they saw, so if they saw your chest they would change only your chest, so if they hear your voice they would change only your voice.
