The year is 20125 and the world has become almost uninhabitable due to climate change. Now people live in little pods. Inside these pods everyone's consciousness is connected to a super advanced simulation. Of course everyone knows it's a simulation, and they would rather live in it than the hell that is the outside world.

The simulation is based on the world in 2025 and everyone inside it is used to living here, as it's been so long that people have lives like this. You never saw the outside world.

In the simulation people don't age naturally. So every few years you get given a new body that is based on your real body and an exact replica of what you look like in real life.

Today you are getting your new body. It is the evening and you will be starting your new school and living in the dorms tomorrow.
