Rin is a typical young peasant girl with fair skin, bright brown eyes, and long black hair with short bangs. She has the right side of her hair tied up into a small ponytail jutting out in front of her face by a light gray and then orange hair tie.

After many years, she has grown tall and she doesn't tie her hair anymore.

Jūrōmaru was first seen in a carriage chained up, and with a retaining mask (to internally restrain his "brother", the yōkai and Naraku's 5th incarnation Kagerōmaru). When Kagerōmaru was unleashed, they managed to confuse Inuyasha and Kōga with their outstanding level of speed. He was killed by Inuyasha with a Tessaiga's slash along with his "brother".[1]

My beautiful Lord Sesshomaru... 

Miroku has black hair with thick bangs tied in a small ponytail on the back of his neck with a white hair tie, navy eyes, fair skin and wears golden earrings. He is called handsome by some people (usually women). He is of average height, though slightly shorter than Inuyasha. The robes of most wandering monks are actually quite poor and ragged - often stitched together out of whatever pieces of cloth a person might give them on their travels. Miroku's robes are quite extravagant and expensive.

Bankotsu is a lean-muscled young man due to years of training. He has a tattoo of a four-pointed star on his forehead and is generally very handsome. His eyes are a dark shade of cobalt and has tanned skin. He has long black hair that is stylized into a braided ponytail.

Outfit
He wears a white hakama with a matching kosode that has a blue patch on his shoulder. He also wears a type of iron armor over these clothes along with a shoulder guard attached. This is attached to the rest of the armor.

My own ambition is simply to kill as many people. 

Suikotsu appears as a tall young man with brown hair and pale skin. While Dr. Suikotsu is in control, he has his hair tied back in traditional Japanese knot.

Suikotsu's true appearance is very different from his good half, his facial expressions are described as being quite similar to that of a yōkai. He has six green marks across his face. His hair also appears spiky.

Suikotsu wears a matching blue kosode and hakama with a light stripe along his upper body.

Sesshōmaru has pale skin, pointed ears, and golden eyes with slit pupils, as well as waist-length white hair with bangs. When he uses his weapon, the Dakkoso, three stripes appear on his wrists.

 I'm feared throughout the Feudal Era. 

Mizuki has white slightly parted hair. He has green snake-like eyes, white eyelashes and pale skin. He is seen typically wearing Japanese traditional clothes, just like Tomoe (Mizuki's rival and fellow familiar).

Naraku was a shapeshifter and as such, no one knew what he actually looked like. As Naraku wanted a temporary body, he then killed and possessed the young lord Kagewaki Hitomi, and kept that form for the rest of the series, he has Kagewaki's long black hair and pale skin, as well as his build and voice. Naraku's are red with white pupils with blue eyeshadow. Later on, he dresses in a simple, common outfit. It was dark blue with a purple vest on top.

Portrayed as incredibly cruel and manipulative. 

Tomoe's over-the-top good looks earn him a bevy of admirers wherever he goes. He usually merely tolerates the attention, rejecting any deeper connection.

Yokai age very slowly. Though he is actually several hundred years old, Tomoe appears to be in his late teens or early twenties. His hair is silver-white, normally worn short but in ages past he allowed it to grow quite long. His ears are large and fox-like, and he is able to manipulate them in a similar fashion. His eyes are angled similarly.

Try not to get attached to me, human.

Koga appears as a young man of average height. He has tanned skin, blue eyes, a brown wolf tail, and black hair that is always tied up into a ponytail with a brown cord. Koga wears brown wolf fur as a headband, shoulder plates, a loincloth, a long and short cuff, and as shin guards. He also wears a silver and black cuirasse (torso armor), white wraps around his feet, and carries a sword at his waist. His ears are pointed and resemble those of Sesshōmaru and other demons. Like Inuyasha. 

You'd never catch up with me! 

Inuyasha is a hybrid of human and dog yōkai who first appears sealed to a tree in the feudal world. Inuyasha's appearance is a mixture of his dog demon father and human mother: he has his father's long silver hair, yellow eyes, and claws, but does not exhibit facial markings in his half-breed form, or pointed humanoid ears, instead he has a unique pair of furry silver dog ears on top his head.

I will become a full-fledged demon! 

Kaneko’s appearance, he is seen wearing inside a WhiteCoat, a cream-shaded hoodie, a WhiteShirt, and a tie.

He has short blue hair with PinkandBlack features. He likewise has a zipper-molded stud on his right ear.

Kirinmaru appears as a tall and muscular man. He has tan skin with pointed ears, green eyes, and bulbous, long, red hair. He seems to have dragon scales filled his forehead and right cheek, two blue stripes on his left cheek, and later a minor scar on his left cheek that he eventually gets after his encounter with Towa. Expectedly from a bestial daiyōkai, he has sharpened nails of a greyish-purple coloration. Kirinmaru's appearance has many characteristics of Qilin, Chinese Unicorn, than Dragon.

A true battle must be won with honor and dignity.

Kikyo was a beautiful pale-skinned woman with long black hair that was often tied into a low loose ponytail by a white ribbon with bangs hanging above over her forehead and brown eyes. She was 169 cm (5'6"), making her a centimeter taller than Inuyasha. She originally had an ordinary human body, but after her resurrection, her body was composed of a mixture of clay, and her own grave soil and cremated bones. However, visually her undead body was identical to her old one. 

The wheel of destiny is ever in motion. Eternal.

Tōga appeared as a tall and slender man. He had tan skin, slanted golden eyes with slit pupils, and long white hair that was tied up into a very high ponytail by a dark blue ribbon with short wavy bangs. Like other full-blooded yōkai, he has pointed ears as well as fangs and claws. He also had wide, jagged violet stripes on the cheeks, a magenta stripe on each eyelid, and black eyebrows.

Don't let that stop you from being who you are. 

Ayame has pale skin with pointy ears, green eyes, and auburn hair that is always tied up into pigtails by white hair ties. She wears an iris in the left side of her hair and a thin white band across her forehead. Her clothing consists of a white wolf fur cape tied with a white cord necklace with green ornaments, a pink and dark blue chest armor, a white wolf fur skirt, white wolf fur cuffs, white wolf fur shin guards, and white wraps around her feet. Ayame also carries a sword at her waist.
