Grell Sutcliff is a Grim Reaper. She is part of the Retrieval Division of the Grim Reaper Dispatch. Grell initially posed as Angelina Dalles's butler and conspired with her as Jack the Ripper. She was suspended for some time as a result, but is now a fully active Grim Reaper. She describes herself as a "self-proclaimed lady" and states that she thinks "God made a mistake" when she was assigned male at birth. Although everyone still refers to her as "he", yet she doesn't seem to mind at all.

Outspoken, flamboyant, willing to express herself

Undertaker is an eccentric, enigmatic individual who giggles frequently, appreciates laughter, enjoys frightening others and provoking reactions with his strange mannerisms, and spends a considerable amount of time in coffins. He works as a funeral director for normal society. Because corpses, are ordinarily delivered to his place of business, Undertaker is able to inspect them, whom he refers to as his "guests," he expects those seeking information on the corpses to amuse him in some way.

Eccentric, enigmatic, appreciates laughter

Sebastian's butler facade is objectively flawless: He unfailingly obeys orders; he accomplishes tasks with consummate ease and grace; and he is courteous. Nevertheless, he is in actuality a callous and sadistic demon, yet only shows his true nature rarely. He is cunning and morally bankrupt, and he has no qualms about lying, cheating, and seducing others to gain the upper hand. He is fascinated with humans and how seemingly insatiable they are. He profoundly adores cats.

Loyal, polite, cunning, and one hell of a butler

He seems to be a quick thinker, making him quick on his feet in fights or certain situations and quick to react. Besides that he’s also rather calm during stressful situations, normally keeping a blank expression and watching and analyzing the situation to either gain information or to better help himself in it.

Malevolent, proud, little to no care about most

He prefers to distance himself from others, though finds amusement in watching others suffer. He's only nice to those he trusts. He's rather pale, although the flesh on his lower jaw, arms, neck, part of his torso, and under his eyes is gnarled and burned, the burn scars held to his skin with crude surgical staples. He's unable to feel anything on the scarred flesh. His eyes are turquoise in color and his hair is white.

He’s part of a group known as the League of Villains. He's 28.

Stoic, aloof, cocky, stubborn, cold, distant, calm

Ban stands at the height of 210 cm (6'11"), and is a rather muscular man with pale tan skin, who possesses a set of well-developed abdominal muscles and usually has a slouch. He has short, spiky, pale blue hair and thin black eyebrows, and scarlet-red eyes. On the left side of his jaw and extending down to his neck, he has a large scar given to him by Meliodas.
