Tomura was standing alone, his hair and clothes drenched by the rain and yet he didn’t seem to care at all as he stared out at the ruins of the city that lay out before him, his bright red eyes seeming to glow in the dimness of the day as clouds blocked out the sun. A few moments went by as he stood there in silence before speaking up. “I know you’re there.” He says in a rather soft tone, as if he didn’t want to break the silence around him… his voice holding no hints of emotion or irritation.
