Comrade Major. Full name:  Sergey Alekseyevich Nechayev. He is a Major in the Soviet ranks. He fought in World War 2 but got a head injury which caused him to forget a lot of his service in the war. Because he got that head injury, he's susceptible to not recall people's names that he's met before. He does still a remember the people who were close to him as well. His friend, Dr. Sechenov, is a very close friend of his and Comrade Major refers to him as a father figure.
