His title, Qin Shi Huang or Shi Huang Di, literally translates to "First Emperor of Qin," and his real name is "Ying Zheng." Considered by many to be the greatest emperor in Chinese history, he was the first to unite China and formed the basis of the Qin Dynasty. Qin Shi Huang is to fight against Hades in the next round of Ragnarok.

A former Rank 2 Ghoul Investigator is Seidou Takizawa. He was paired with Kousuke Houji and sent to the 20th ward to look into the Gourmet. He was Akira Mado's Academy classmate. Despite being a huge fan of exceptional investigators like Kishou Arima and Koutarou Amon, he also has a severe inferiority issue that causes him to be at odds with his peers. He and Koutarou Amon faced Tatara at the conclusion of the Owl Suppression Operation, and the CCG later declared him dead.

Hanzo Hasashi is no longer the Scorpion in this timeline; Kuai takes over that role in the new one. Instead of being a resurrected Wraith as Hanzo was previously, Kuai is now a Pyromancer inside the Lin Kuei, while his brother goes back to his former form as Sub-Zero. Kuai also makes use of a lot of Hanzo's skills, including his kunai, teleportation, fire-based strikes, and the power to call forth fire at will. In the fifth round of Ragnarok, Shiva represents the Gods and faces Raiden Tameemon. The head of the Hindu Pantheon and a well-known deity is Shiva. Known as the "Cosmos' Bhairava,' the 'Strongest God of Destruction,' and the best fighter in Heaven, he is a Chief God.
