His nose resembles a purple balloon that has blown too big and his eyes can't open for too long due to his sagging eyelids. His teeth has started to rot, moss overflowing them.

Actually, golden patterns are littered in places of his body altogether. It is unclear if it is a natural part of him or if he added those himself later on. He is commonly seen sporting golden accessories as well. He also has a long tail, ending in a sort of spade-like shape. You might see it as a tail shape similar to imps.
