While she is somewhat loving with her wife and daughters, she is apathetic to and distrustful of anyone and everyone else.

She is human by birth, but is a witch at heart, and also has a little bit of Titan in her. She has more occupations than she can count and is a member of every single coven. Luz also has a Snakeshifter Palisman named Stringbean that she's had since she was 14. Luz carved Stringbean as an egg, but the egg eventually hatched into a Snakeshifter.

She's good-natured and stubborn which is often the leading source of her ending up in dangerous situations.
