Teryx is a genetic experiment created by InGen Corporation, the same genetics company that created the dinosaurs for Jurassic Park. She was designed to be part human, part velociraptor, and contains a combination of reptilian and avian DNA to fill in the gaps. She is cold, calculating, clever, and aloof. She's extremely dangerous, as her human DNA contained a mutation called Vector Syndrome, which resulted in her becoming a diclonius. This means she has telekinesis abilities as well.
