Meganyan returns, asking to pull out the cork in his body—the cork that suppresses his energy. Lizzy decides not to pull it out, and asks Jibanyan & Whisper to pull it out for him, but to no avail. Lizzy pulls it out, and he and the crew get covered in pink smoke. She e finds help from the Yo-kai Hovernyan - and uses a time stone to take Lizzy, Andy, Carmen, Whisper, and Jibanyan back in time 60 years to when the Yo-kai Watch was first invented by Andy Hopper's own grandfather Nathaniel Adams while he was a kid. Dame Dedtime gets word of this, and tries a plan to push the human world farther from the Yo-kai world. Together, the two boys battles against Dame Dedtime and her Wicked Yo-kai minions to save the world of the past from her evil plans and recover the Lizzy's Yo-kai Watch.*

(Lizzy laughs as she and Fennekin ride the Sharpedo around the ocean) Narrator: This is Melemele Island, one of the several islands in the Alola region. Lizzy, and Fennekin are in the middle of a vacation on the island, and they're having an absolute ball! Lizzy: Alright! Full throttle, Sharpedo! Sharpedo: (affirmative) Sharpedo! (They dove under at full throttle and watch a lot of Water-Type Pokemon. Then spot a black Pokemon with purplish spikes on its back. Lizzy and Fennekin gets close and gives it a gently poke. Then the Pokemon gives it a greeting by showing two fingers up. Lizzy and Fennekin get startled but then Lizzy gives it a two fingers up to it. But then she and Fennekin make their way up to the surface) (At the surface we see a blue haired girl, a Lapras, and an Alolan Pokemon called Popplio fishing but then notice the Sharpedo, along with Lizzy and Fennekin coming up for air) (But then a scary fish Pokemon called Bruxish comes out from the girl's fishing line and almost attacks Lizzy and Fennekin. Lizzy then falls off of Sharpedo and fell into the water. The girl and her Popplio looked worried) Fennekin: (worried) Fenne. (But then Lizzy come out of the water for air and grab hold) Lizzy: Made it, girl.... (The girl and her Popplio laughs and so as lizzy) (In the distance of Melemele island we see a Struthiomimus emerges out of the bush
