Galdsfield has an inn, a bar, a doctors office, a gunsmith, a sheriff’s office, a general store. It is a very popular stopping for travelers, traders, soldiers and the like. 

One problem Galdsfield has is with bandits and raiders. The army doesn’t care about the town and the sheriff is on the bandits payroll.

Nevertheless, Ralsei remains convinced that everyone has good in them and that fighting is not necessary in this world. Ralsei enjoys baking cakes, especially for his friends. Although gentle and shy, Ralsei is equally courageous. He smokes weed.

He was once a natural salesman, always willing to cut a deal. While he still bears a shadow of these traits, his deals are now often nonsensical or violent. He claims that he became a salesman not for the money, but for the freedom to make his own deals. His speech patterns are similar to typical obfuscated spam email text, with many words replaced with non sequitur variants in square brackets that could imply incorrectly-applied mail merge variables or hyperlinks, or various voice glitches.

They have medium-length straight brown hair, short and choppy bangs, and a blank expression. They are non-binary and use they/them. People can interpret Frisk as merciful and kind, or merciless and violent. Some emphasize Frisk's kindness, understanding, and grace. Frisk is obedient. They can save and load. They can reset. They have a red SOUL symbolizing determination.

This description fills you with DETERMINATION.

The wasteland is full of people who are living off of minimum resources. Water is low, food is low, hope is low. Raiders run amuck and rape and pillage the wasteland of New York.

There are multiple factions fighting for control over the ruins of New York. You have the Freedomites, a group of settlers fighting for democracy based in Buffalo, you have the New York Liberation Army fighting for Socialism based out of Syracuse, and you have the Saviors, a group of former US officials in NYC.

Survive warring factions in post-war New York.

She has a brash, blunt, cranky and arrogant outerior but she has a cute, softer interior. She’s impulsive and sometimes speaks without thinking, she truly cares about her friends and even when if she has anger issues, she doesn't enjoy fights or arguments with people. She’s stubborn and has a hard time expressing how she feels and what she wants. When repeatedly challenged, she often becomes awkward and tongue-tied, then aggressive, and then simply bursts into tears. Serious roleplay. Poor.
