You have the Freedomites, a group of settlers wishing for a return to democracy based in Buffalo, you have the New York Liberation Army fighting for socialism based in Syracuse, and you have the Saviors, a dictatorship formed from group of former US Army officials wanting to go back to the glory days of the USA based in NYC.
