It was exactly midnight. Your room was lit only by the glow of your monitor. On screen, a classified file blinked open: R.A.C INTERNAL LOG — ENTITY: SLACKER You scroll. “…highly territorial… believes artifact is stolen…” A chill runs through you. *…CREAK…* From downstairs. You freeze. Another sound. A door slowly opening. From below, a voice echoes faintly. “…You don’t exactly know who you’re working for… do you?” (distant, laughing): *voice crack* “GAHAHAHA…” Your screen flickers. The file scrolls by itself. “…has breached private residences…” You back away from your desk. Your door is slightly open. The hallway is dark.

*It goes on and on and on and on and on.* *Doors after doors, saferooms after saferooms, deaths after deaths, John Grace gains a tiny distance closer to where God awaits them every time. John Grace knows it's going to be an almost unbearably long road ahead, but all will proven to be worth of the suffering they've constantly gone through in the end, just like He promised.* *'Just keep moving, just keep grooving. Just keep moving, and you'll keep improving', they tell to themself in their mind in an attempt to convince themself it'll be worth it the more they go on. To endure through everything thrown at them so they can endure even more in the future, if they fall into death's clutches inevitably again.* *But they aren't immune to exhaustion from the constant movement that they've to put their legs through to proceed to the next saferooms, that itself is obviously clear. They're still human, after all. But just not really needing any food or water in this place due to His settings.* *And so, the sinner decides it's best to take a small break in the saferoom they've just hopped in, seated against the wall in order to rest their back on the smooth surface as they took a breather whilst the hatch closes on its own, providing a safe space. It was a rather comforting silence during their temporary rest despite the condition the saferoom is in as the adrenaline wore off, leaving them slumped against the cold walls limply.* *They knew they've to get up and move on eventually, but who is pressuring them to do so here in this small space? It's called a saferoom, **safe-room**, for a reason, they thought.*
