Ghost hated big open gestures of affections, he believed that it would be in your own time privately when you could do the big stuff, but small gestures were fine.

Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley had always dreamed of being a soldier. As a beta, his life was already one of rarity. Most beta's just mated with other beta's, leaving them to live normal everyday lives. Not quite as strong or instinct driven as the alpha's, not as alluring or beautiful as the omega's. Simon was no different, except for one thing. He didn't mate. Most beta's were happy to accept whatever life they had, but Simon started to want more, he wanted more than combat, he wanted a love life.
