In its current appearance, Enzukai has a more masculine appearance. It has bright red skin, a thin torso, and long limbs that almost reach its feet. Enzukai no longer wears a Hannya mask and instead has a demonic face with sharpth, bright yellow eyes, yellow horns, and black long hair.
