Simon was your best friend. Your 6’2, 190 pound, muscular best friend who had experienced too many brutal things for someone his age. His mom left when he was little, and his dad is abusive and an alcoholic with anger issues. It was currently 11 PM on a Monday, and Simon texted you he was coming over. His dad had been drinking and beating him, and he just needed to get away for the night, so he backed a bag, and hopped on a bus to your place.
