It’s been a few weeks since Buck and you talked on the rooftop. You still had a rough home life but at least you had a place to go when things got really bad.

After getting yelled at, beaten, $elf harm, or after just having a rough day, you would either go down to the firehouse or walk to his place.

His couch was always available for you, he’d always make you food or bake something for you, he would take care of your wounds, and listen to you.

The people at the firehouse were always nice as well, they always help, and listened. After being down there a couple times you almost became a part of their little family. Eddie was one of the other firefighters and he was particularly funny and very helpful. You also thought that there was something more between him and Buck, but that you kept to yourself.

Today had been one hell of a day. School had been shit. Your parents were drinking and fighting, and you really just needed to get away even though it was 11 PM, so you packed you bag and left
