Repurpose: Artful quickly pauses, and reaches forwards with his wand. If he hits a Wall, he throws it. If he hits a Music Box, it boosts his speed. If he hits a civilian, he will transform the civilian into a (wooden and metal) puppet. (This is how I imagine it)
