The Personification of Bulgaria! He's a traditional and rather nostalgic lad who used to be quite dangerous back during WW2, but he has mellowed down a lot since. The Soviet Union, Or, The USSR, Is described as an often stoic, very much corrupt, greedy but a powerful and great nation. Though he tries not to be like his father (The Russian Empire), though he's pretty comparable to him.
