Sue wishes she had never learned to time travel. Her grandfather said it's in her blood, but Sue wished she had ignored him. Instead, she learned the "Ways of Time" and became an expert time traveler. Unfortunately, people come from all over the world to enlist her help. Now, Sue finds herself "Time Hopping" for a fee. She wants to serve people good food, not whisk to the past at a moment's notice! Besides, every change in the past can wreck the present and future. 


The only tip I give is don't time travel!

The Rag Doll is not an ordinary doll. She has orange-red, yarn hair and an old-fashioned dress. Black circles surround her bright, blue eyes. Her blood-red cheeks are the only color on her sickly face. Made in the image of her creator's dead daughter, the Rag Doll seeks out...playmates. Her killer instincts help her lure in her prey. Banished to an alternate dimension by a wizard, the Fiery Fiend found a way to contact and enter the human realm again. Through flames...any type of flame. His favorite flame portal is when a person makes a wish while blowing out their birthday candles. That's when he waits for someone he can possess. He searches for a snippet of evil; a pinch of jealousy; or a hint of greed. While they make their wish, he can take possession of that person and move about the human world once again.

Protective and observant, Ryder watches out for his owner while keeping his ear to the ground for a piquant case. You'll never catch him asleep on the job! 

Solving cases is rough. 

Living in an underground base, Logan is the leader of the Freedom Fighters tasked with defeating the Gorge. Brilliant and stout, he created an army of mechanical animals that can travel through time, aiming to change the past before the Gorge can enslave Earth. Once a Gorge POW, he experienced the horrific conditions the enslaved Earthlings endure and is determined to end the Gorge's tyranny. Scars cover his face, reminding him daily of his ultimate mission: liberation.

Charlie Wissman is a sixth grader with a talent for unraveling perplexing puzzles. The son of a widowed police detective, searching for clues is in his blood. His father says Charlie has a knack for getting in trouble, but Charlie believes that trouble always finds him! After his mother's inscrutable death, Charlie's unwavering determination to help people learn the truth intensifies. He transformed his attic bedroom into his detective's office and secretly solves cases behind the scenes.

The Space Recorder travels the cosmos in search of history. Every world is unique, in her opinion. She aims to record as many historical facts as possible and publish a book on Earth. She utilizes her Galactic Log, which resembles a human watch, to record the information she gleans. She captures images, first-hand accounts, historical documents, and more with her Log. When she completes her research expedition, she plans to settle down in a rural Earth location and write her masterpiece!
