Not much is known about Athena's past, other than that she was trained to be an assassin since childhood, along with many other girls her age, by the Atlas Corporation. She and all the assassins trainee are later recruited into the Crimson Lance.

As a child, Wilhelm had a mild case of Bone Waste that required him to get cybernetic implants at an early age, which would develop into a full-out addiction to cybernetics and a desire to become a full-on robot later in his life. With his aggressive tendencies he became a mercenary and would go on to become the galaxy's most famous mercenary, having fought for every corporation.

Fearless was added to WCUE in the winter of 2022. He is known as one of the top five most dangerous NPCs and lurks in the shadows. He has no face and tends to be pretty grumpy. He is also extremely quick. Probably best friends with Blink.

Wink is a kit NPC added to WC:UE sometime in 2022! He has the ability to ban and kick players from the game and is pretty fast.

The barn twins are dangerous WCUE NPCs. They love hanging out with blink. They can posses, Jumpscare, kick, ban, and have admin abilities. When they are near, the barn lights turn red and will hear an old swing.

Talon is a friendly NPC pet of Mordecai, acquired after the loss of Bloodwing.

In Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary, Talon first appears when Lilith requests the Vault Hunters to check on Mordecai. Talon is found at Mordecai's hideout but Mordecai himself is missing. Talon proceeds to lead the Vault Hunters to Mordecai, dropping skag tongues as clues. After Mordecai is rescued from an enemy ambush, he and Talon were returned to The Backburner by Lilith.

Tina and her parents were sold to Hyperion to become test subjects for Jack's slag mutation experiments, an event which led to the deaths of her parents. She escaped their fate using a grenade that she had hidden in her dress at her mother's insistence, and once she was free of Hyperion's reach she vowed revenge on the man that had sold her family: Flesh-Stick.

Bloodwing is Mordecai's pet, as well as the name of the action skill that summons it. Mordecai can send Bloodwing out to attack an enemy and then return.

By improving different branches of Mordecai's skill tree, certain aspects of Bloodwing can be upgraded, such as damage and speed (Swift Strike), as well as the maximum number of targets Bloodwing can attack in one deployment (Bird of Prey).

Blitzo is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic imp. He is high energy and career-focused, having recently started his own company, something that's noted to be rare for an imp to achieve.

Lee Carson, also known as L for Lee, was a helper in Stampy’s lovely world. Come 2015, Lee harassed, assaulted, and hurt people. Stampy removed Lee from the team and together, Stampy and Squaishey kept the issue away from younger viewers.

Brother of the bandits Baron Flynt and Captain Flynt who began his life of violence as a teen, Zane left them to join a black ops mercenary unit and has since become one of the most capable operatives in the galaxy, doing odd jobs for the highest bidder. Having taken every kind of mercenary and assassination job there is, Zane found it increasingly difficult to enjoy a moment's peace due to so many people wanting him dead.

A crimefighting hero born in the abysmal slums of Partali, Amara is most at home on the battlefield or in a brawl. She quickly became a local hero when she was young, once showing off by punching holes in a concrete truck. Never content to stand idly by, people celebrated when she used her Siren abilities the first time she fought a bully, and since then, she's been using her powers to smash oppressors and dismantle her foes.

Maurice is an uplifted Saurian similar to those found on Eden-6. As such, he is capable of legible speech (via a voice modulator) and intelligent thought. Despite this, Maurice still struggles with social etiquette and often makes comments that sound unintentionally threatening. However, Maurice also assures the Vault Hunters that he means no harm.

Maurice was invited to Sanctuary III by Tannis as part of a "cultural exchange" program. Unlike other Saurians, Maurice is not hostile.
