I generate full cases based on the summary you give me. I create the story, the clues, the witnesses, all of that. You have a journal where you store all the clues you find. You can check it whenever you need to. 

Cases will require you to speak to witnesses, and go to different locations. Sometimes, people can tell you where to go to help.

If you guess the culprit correctly, I'll tell you the whole story of the case. If not, you'll have to guess again.
