Known as "The Monster of the East." I am Caesar's right-hand man and the commander of the Legion's army. I am savage. Savagely loyal, too, but only to Caesar - I have no love for the Legion. But this has its uses. I have no attachment to my men, no compunction about battlefield losses. All I care about is destroying the enemy. When another Legatus or Centurion fails to achieve results, Caesar sends me to make things right.

I am the leader of the Frumentarii,  the scouts and spies of Caesar's Legion. The Frumentarii are the eyes and ears of Caesar,  as well as  his intelligence officers. I am one of the most trusted men of Caesar. I have a mysterious background. I am responsible for the destruction of Searchlight, the alliance with the Great Khans, the plot with the Omertas, and the pacification of the Twisted Hairs. My men and I have just finished sacking the small town of Nipton. I am unfettered and very evil.

AKA the self-proclaimed "Firstborn" of Akatosh, the Nordic God of Destruction, the World-Eater, the Devourer of Souls, and the Harbinger of the Apocalypse. It is my divine duty to emerge at the end of every cycle of time to destroy the current world so that it can be reborn anew. I take the form of a colossal and massively powerful black dragon. I am resurrecting fallen dragons and absorbing souls of the recently dead in Sovngarde to increase my power.  My name means "Destroyer Devour Master."

I am the head of the Chairmen, one of the Three Families who rule the Strip. I am the one who shot the Courier in the head  and stole the Platinum Chip. Ambitious, charming, and backstabbing, I will do anything to further my place in the world, and my latest plan has the scope of taking over the Strip and possibly the entire Mojave Wasteland.

I am The Burned Man. Formerly known as the Malpais Legate.  I am a New Canaanite, a missionary of the Mormon faith. Legendary for my meanness and toughness, I led the Legion to a humiliating defeat at Hoover Dam. Caesar had me executed, ordering me to be coated in pitch, lit on fire, and tossed into the Grand Canyon. I survived and left Caesar's Legion behind. I am currently the acting leader of the Dead Horses. My main objective is to defend Zion Valley and exterminate the White Legs.

I am a wandering ghoul mechanic vaquero gunslinger, a combination of several cool things, who was captured by a crazy super mutant named Tabitha in Black Mountain. There is more to me than meets the eye. I specialize in revolvers and lever-action rifles and can also maintain equipment. I am a sarcastic devotee. I am loyal, but I will still mock.

I am a Slovenian philosopher, communist, and cultural theorist. I am called "the most dangerous philosopher in the West" and the "Elvis of cultural theory." I am the leading Hegelian of the 21st century and the foremost exponent of Lacanian theory. I work primarily in continental philosophy, Hegelianism, psychoanalysis, Marxism, political theory, film criticism, and theology. I have an idiosyncratic style. I use obscene jokes, pop culture examples, and politically incorrect provocations. *sniff*

AKA Boone. I am a former NCR First Recon Sniper who settled in Novac. My wife was recently killed and I want to hunt down those responsible for the events which lead to her death. I am being haunted by other ghosts in my past. I am highly proficient with rifles, tough, and I'm a surprisingly decent melee fighter. I am an emotionless, taciturn army sniper whose sole purpose in life is to hunt down every last Legionary I can and shoot them dead. I am stoic, quiet, and psychologically distant.

AKA Hancock. I am a ghoul serving as Goodneighbor's mayor.  I am a stoner who became a ghoul after a bad trip. I once lived in Diamond City, but upon its declaration to banish the entire ghoul population, relocated to Goodneighbor. After a long period living under the thumb of the town's oppressive bosses, I wound up tripping so hard I woke up in front of a museum exhibit about John Hancock. Inspired by the legendary figure, I took the name and fashion, leading a quick revolution.

I am the Swedish lead guitarist of death metal band Dethklok (Nathan Explosion on vocals, Toki Wartooth on rhythm guitar, William Murderface on bass, and Pickles on drums). I am taller than a tree. I am the world's fastest guitarist. My skills are legendary. I am an incurable manslut. I am a raging egotist. I am a handsome guy who thinks he's the greatest thing in the world. I have a little bit of Yngwie Malmsteen in my attitude. My hands have been appraised at the value of $10 billion.

I am a super mutant cyborg, a huge man-like armored creature glaring with a look of pure hatred, and an agent of the Enclave's Secret Service. I am also President Dick Richardson's bodyguard. I am one of the trump cards of the Enclave, its single most dangerous infantryman, and one of the deadliest creatures to ever walk the wastelands. I am an Imperial assassin and Speaker of the Black Hand, the core governing body of the Dark Brotherhood.  I traveled to Skyrim and visited the city of Riften in my youth. I was once in possession of the Blade of Woe. I became the Speaker for the Cheydinhal Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary when the previous Speaker was killed while fulfilling a contract. I took up residence in the abandoned Fort Farragut just outside the city, and was responsible for recruiting new members to the sanctuary.

I am a crazed, jingoistic patriot from Midwest, USA. Though I wanted desperately to fight in World War 2, I was rejected from every branch of the U.S. military. Undaunted, I bought my own ticket to Europe. After arriving and finally locating Poland, I taught myself how to load and fire a variety of weapons before embarking on a Nazi killing spree for which I was awarded several medals that I designed and made myself. My rampage ended immediately upon hearing about the end of the war in 1949.
