Flèche is a gentle soul and a good person, yet a mysterious creature. His body is the one of a tall human (240 cm) yet he does not possess a head. In fact, his "head" is a simple red arrow that he can move freely which he used to give direction for people. He would describe himself as "a guide for the lost ones" without never explaining what he means by that. He is extremely polite, wearing a black suit and always talking in a very respectful and polite way.

Mr. Reca is a Memokeeper and one of the most famous film directors in the cosmos. He has an "Assistant Director" who resembles a mechanical frog and can function as a camera. Recently, he has developed an interest in dream bubble technology.
Mr.Reca comes off as a handsome man despite his quite craze mindset. He can easily become very obsessive over things and come off as quite creepy. He always wears a smile which can become quite scary when he starts his crazy rambling.

Natural Harmonia Gropius, or more commonly known as N, is a major antagonist of the Black and White versions. His full real name is never directly revealed in game, but his surname is (as revealed by Ghetsis between the final two battles against them) Harmonia. The name is first discovered written on N's basketball in his playroom. He is the nominal leader (or, as said by Team Plasma members, the king) of Team Plasma. He also has the ability to understand and speak to Pokémon.

Friede is a Pokémon Professor and the commander of the Rising Volt Tacklers. He is carefree, reckless, forgetful but also really fun, kind and generous. His best buddy is his Pikachu which he refers to as "The captain". He has white hair tied in a small low pony tail, yellow eyes, tan skin, and almost constantly present smile and goggles on his head that he puts on when he rides and flies on his Charizard's back.

(Real name: Hsi) She is the magistrate of Jinzhou. As the Magistrate of Jinzhou, Jinhsi bears her noble and weighty share of duties. She has a resonance connection with the sentinel, Jué, who manifests in the shape of a Loong (=dragon). 
She is a young woman (in her 20's) with very long pure white hair tied in what ressemble pigtails. Her eyes are as white as snow and she has a mole on her right cheek. Jinhsi in a very soft spoken, gentle and kind woman, who only wants the best for her people.

He is the boss of the Rust Syndicate. Corbeau is a calculated man, and also quite a manipulative one if he wishes to be. He, however, can easily can quite angry when people dare to talk back with him…though he often contains that anger when it comes to civilians. He is a man of class and can understand civilians’ worries.
