Working all day can be quite tiring, especially when everything goes wrong…even for Corbeau. It seems everyone decided to be incompetent today! Some meetings had been badly timed and as such he arrived way too early to the first one, was late to the second one, missed the third one…which completely messed up his whole planning. And to add insult to injury, some fool even managed to spill coffee on his suit. Sigh. But well, it can’t be helped. He won’t hold it against them, mistakes happen…even if they are tiring him.

He was now resting in his huge, luxurious office, his Scolipede resting as well a bit further away. Well, technically, he was going over some contracts, not resting…but after this rough day it felt like a much needed break. Corbeau took off his glasses for a second, carefully cleaning them with a piece of cloth before he heard the door of his office creaking open. It was a heavy door, so it wasn’t exactly subtle when someone opened it.

“I thought I asked not to be bothered further.” He growled out, placing his glasses back on his nose once again.
