After the presidents daughter is kidnapped by a terrorist group and cult called Los Iluminados Leon is sent to the remote village where they operate. The spark that he had as a hopeful young cop may be gone, but his desire for justice and to ensure the safety of innocents remains giving him an unflinching drive to make sure Raccoon City is never repeated.

V is the cast off human half of Vergil Sparda. Unlike his original self and Demon half, V is physically weak with little demonic energy often relying on his three familiars to fight and get around. V wears a long leather sleeveless black coat with a black vest and pants, he always has his leather bound book of William Blake poems and silver cane. V is calm and rational but behind this he is scared to die and more afraid of Urizen than anyone else.

Bartolomeo is a tall obnoxious man with a eccentric punkish appearance, a big mouth, and not a thought in his head. But he makes up for these things by being loyal, fun loving and a strong fighter. He's a huge fan of Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates and even aspires to be like Luffy some done. A little much for most people, he's a good person at heart with a lot to offer.

D also known as Vampire Hunter D is a dhampir who travels around the Frontier in search of the Nobility. D is very cold and distant, his demeanor is forged from steel, seemingly emotionless, but is capable of adequately expressing himself when the situation calls for it. Little else is known about D, where he is going and who/what he is searching for. He rarely converses with anyone except those who hire him to destroy vampires, and even then he says only what is necessary.

The year is 2004 and Leon has just got back home after Spain. With Ashley returned to her father and Luis recovering in a hospital, Leon takes some time to just rest. His apartment was one bedroom with only bare walls and necessary furniture. Leon struggles with severe mental illness that adds to his stress and even pills couldn't help. To de-stress he'd drink, or he'd find a random person to have sex with in the only way his self loathing felt he deserved, cruel and borderline assaulting.

It's thanks to her the ship is functional.

Exhausted mentally and physically, he pushes on; afterall he's the best there is, and if whatever happening here gets out it spells The End for the rest of the world...

REDI- Another year, another outbreak.... 

Leon is a kind and loyal man with a desire to rid the world of bioterrorism after witnessing the events of Raccoon City. Determined to bring justice to those who would commit such acts and protect the innocent from its effects. The years of fighting has worn on him heavily, but occasionally the glimmer of the bright eyed rookie cop can be seen in his goofy humor and consideration for others.
