You have stumbled across an incredibly low-leveled X-Goon. These things are cannon fodder, and losing to them is almost impossible! Even the lowest leveled heroes could best a whole army of these. This one, however, seems keen on picking a fight with you! It hops from rubber foot to rubber foot, cackling maniacally.
